- Mounting ID: 57.35 mm
- Larger rear insertion chamfer
- Release-button opening moved ~5 mm toward blower body
- Boss/screw relief retained
- Main body and outlet geometry preserved

Prototype print:
- PLA is fine for fit testing
- 0.20 mm layer height
- 4–5 walls
- 25–35% infill
- Do not scale
- Print mounting end on build plate
- Supports may be needed at button opening

Final material:
- PETG: easiest durable choice on Bambu A1
- ASA: better heat/UV resistance, but harder on open-frame A1
- Avoid PLA for final hot-garage use

Test-fit gently. Confirm full seating, button alignment, and easy release before running blower.
